Cad Drawing What we need
Ideally single 2d cad drawings with no layers(lines on top of lines) and breaks on lines and curves .
CAD Drawings are best generated in millimetres as this is what we machine in.
Polylines set to zero.
Scale set to full size 1 to 1
Save all drawings in DWG or DXF file format
A sketch with dimensions in millimetres to back up the above also can be a help, this can be sent as a pdf file or fax.
If you are not familiar with cad drawing software and pdfs etc and are initially looking for an estimated cost for creating cad cam drawings and machining, a hand sketched drawing or document created in word or excel of the components with the dimensions is acceptable.
